A Week of Outfits 7.26.21

I’m back with a week of outfits! It’s been a minute. I probably sound like a broken record but I’ve been working on my fall capsule launch with ABLE and my Newport Guide so I haven’t had much time for anything else. Marin starts daycare in the fall and I feel like summer is flying by so I’ve also been trying to savor and enjoy my free time offline as much as possible. We had a great weekend in Vermont and I’m so excited to be there for the fall this year. Here’s my most recent week of outfits.

A week of outfits 7.26.21

MONDAY

Monday mornings I do an early workout with my cousin before work so I tend to wear something extra comfy afterwards. It was a little chilly this day so I went with my white trousers and Sezane sweatshirt.

Outfit Details: Everlane Straight Leg (old), Sézane Miley sweatshirt (sized up), Sam Edelman Gala Sandals

Tuesday

I can’t believe I haven’t posted this on the blog or IG yet because I’ve worn it a ton. It’s a beautiful organic cotton/linen blend dress from Sézane. It has gorgeous embroidery and lace details and a v-back detail (sometimes I wear it backwards so the v is in the front). It has no stretch at all because of the fabric so something to keep in mind for sizing.

Outfit details: Sézane Zarri Dress, Heel Sandals and “M” Letter Necklace from ABLE (use code JESS20 for 20% off your purchase),

Wednesday

Craig and I celebrated our 16 year anniversary with a dinner date in Newport. I wore this Reformation dress because it was really hot out and it was perfect. I’ve had some questions about the slit. It’s fine for me. I don’t worry about any wardrobe malfunctions and I’ve worn it on windy days. I can bend down, kneel etc. (everything has to pass the toddler test in my wardrobe, lol) and I feel totally comfortable. It’s all personal preference but I have no issues.

Outfit details: Reformation Juliette Dress c/o – sized up, Sam Edelman Gala Sandals

thursday

It was a Sézane heavy wardrobe week. Some old faves, this silk strappy tank and Colette Marinière shirt. I was pretty much on calls all day (some on zoom) so I wanted to be comfortable but also look like I put in effort, lol.

Outfit details: Sézane Palma Top, Sézane Colette Marinière (sized up), Everlane Straight Leg, Sam Edelman Sandals

Friday

I love this dress and have actually worn it multiple days in a row. It’s really comfortable and easy for whatever I have going on during the day. This was mostly a day of shooting projects and working on some upcoming collabs.

Outfit Details: Reformation Sienne Dress c/o, Sam Edelman Sandals

saturday

Saturday mornings I take an outdoor pilates class so I usually end up in biker shorts or leggings for the day. I got this pair from Pact and I have been so impressed with the brand. I got their leggings and organic cotton bra too. Super soft, comfortable and great quality.

Outfit Details: Sézane Miley sweatshirt, Pact Biker Shorts, Reebok Floatride Sneakers

Sunday

Sunday we went out on my Dad’s boat. Marin has so much fun she loves kicking her legs in the ocean off the back. I’ve been wearing oversized button downs as cover-ups at the beach and for boat rides and this one from AYR is a great option. I also just noticed they make matching shorts for this shirt and they’re so cute.

Outfit details: AYR Deep End Button Down, AGOLDE Dee Shorts, Fisch Bathing Suit, Sam Edelman Sandals

On a totally different topic, do you know of any local places to donate used women’s clothing? I’ve decluttered a ton and have a few bags that I’d like to donate. I’m in the Newport area. Thank you
