My Favorite Sustainable Kids Clothing Brands (On Sale!)

I’ve been working on a post of Marin’s summer wardrobe and some of my favorite kids clothing brands for a while and then realized it’s already July so I should probably just go ahead and post it already! Honestly I pretty much always wait until there’s a sale to buy clothes for Marin. She ruins everything. I am not precious with her clothes, and I don’t stress about stains or getting dirty, but I also don’t like spending a ton of money on clothes that are ultimately probably going to get pretty beat up. Also, kids grow out of stuff SO fast. Now I understand why my mom was always so happy about getting hand-me-downs (we were too!). It kinda feels like summer is just getting started here, but all the summer stuff is already on sale!

I rounded up some of my favorite sustainable kids clothing brands and made note of the sales they have going right now. I also buy next season clothes in a size up whenever my favorite kids brands are having sales. And I know it will fit Marin eventually, and usually faster than I anticipate!

My Favorite Sustainable Kids Clothing Brands

Boden

Boden has great kids clothing (and adult) and I just ordered some super cute things for Marin to wear late summer/early fall. I love their prints and bathing suits. It can be so hard to find pants for girls that aren’t leggings and they have tons of options. I got these for Marin for back to school. The best part about Boden, their clothes are great quality. They last through tons of wears and washes, AND they make great hand-me-downs.

Hanna Andersson

My mom dressed us in Hanna when we were kids and it’s still the same great quality that it was all those years ago. Hanna Andersson pajamas are great and Marin’s favorite especially for winter. I really like their dresses and Marin loves their shirts and tees because they’re so soft.

Monica & Andy

We got a lot of gifts from Monica & Andy when Marin was a baby and all of it held up really well. Their clothes are SO soft and everything is made with GOTS certified, organic cotton. Their prints are so cute and they have a lot of great styles in their summer sale.

Pact

I get a lot of my own basics from Pact but they also have really great kids stuff. Their clothes are organic cotton made in a Fair Trade factory. They have a lot of savings on bundles and their toddler underwear is very soft and nice quality. We just switched out of pull-ups and these undies are great.

Primary

Primary has great basics in a variety of solids and stripes. They have nice swimwear thats UPF 50 and lots of soft, comfy cotton styles. They’ve got a great sale going on summer basics like swim, shorts, tees and more.
