Jess Ann Kirby strolls through snowy Bowens Wharf in Newport, Rhode Island

Happy Friday! Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes. I’m getting ready for my baby shower this weekend which I am so excited about. All my favorite people in one place. We’re making nice progress on the addition and the plumbers are working away on all the bathroom hook-ups. Hopefully flooring comes soon so Craig can start on that, it’s really exciting to watch it all come together. Hope all of you have a great weekend.

You’ll love this piece about Susan Spungen, the Babe Ruth of cookies, and how she reimagined some classic cookie recipes for The New York Times.

What was Peloton thinking though? Seriously.

Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 3 is here!

Been putting my Everlane Parka to the test lately, it’s passing with flying colors. (J)

So you’re going to be seeing Adam Driver basically everywhere this holiday season, this article about him was really fascinating.

These cheddar pierogies with caramelized onions look pretty next level.

Yet another reason why dogs are just the best.

These are the cutest custom ornaments for pet parents and they ship pretty quickly so there’s still time to get them before Christmas.

My new home came with chickens.”

Childcare keeps getting more expensive but the quality isn’t matching the price.

I’ve been testing this serum from Naturopathica for a few weeks and I’ve noticed a visible difference in my skin texture and fine lines. I use it at night before moisturizer. (J)

Is it just us or does it seem like this is the appetizer of the season?!

So impressed with this kitchen makeover from Anastasia from IDCO.
