I’ve been struggling with my mental health lately and I’ve realized it’s because I have stopped doing things for me. I have stopped doing my runs in the morning, I have stopped getting up early and make my coffee like I used to, I have stopped doing my morning mediation. These last couple of years have not only been really hard but they have also been the best years of my life. But I know that it has been because I took the time for me. I know I need to get back to that and not feel guilty for it. Thank you for the post

It’s not functional for winter activities besides walking, but I love it (mine’s a long one from girlfriend collective). I have started meditating and doing pilates almost every day which has been so good for me. I’m also always trying to reduce phone screen time.
