You’ve most likely heard me talk about Supergoop! Glowscreen Sunscreen SPF 40 PA+++ by now. I use this everyday and it leaves my skin looking super glowy. It’s often the only thing I wear if I’m not wearing foundation and because it has hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 which boosts moisture in the skin and leaves it feeling hydrated. Farmacy HONEYMOON GLOW AHA Resurfacing Night Serum with Hydrating Honey + Gentle Flower Acids
This product has been a holy grail favorite for years now. It is so good for exfoliating and my skin always looks amazing the morning after using it. With a powerful acid blend (10 percent AHA, one percent BHA, and three percent gentle flower acids) it helps exfoliate dead skin cells and helps reduce the appearance of pores and wrinkles. Combined with hyaluronic acid it is also helps skin retain moisture. I use this typically 1-2x a week depending on how my skin is feeling (typically I can handle more use during the summer when my skin feels congested). Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind™ Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Superfoods Hair Mask
I’ve been using Briogeo for quite some time and it was not until this summer I discovered it is a Black, woman-owned brand. They also happen to make my absolute favorite hair mask. I can not go a week without using the Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind™ Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Superfoods Hair Mask. It makes my hair look smoother, stronger, shinier and softer. Running a brush through my hair after I use this is LIKE BUTTER. It’s great for the winter months when my hair is dry and more brittle, and during the summer months when I need a little added moisture and protection from sun and salt water. Ilia Limitless Lash lengthening Mascara
A clean mascara that makes my lashes look longer, lifts, holds curl, and separates with precision, but doesn’t give me raccoon eyes. Definitely check out my IG video I am posting today showing the before and after with this mascara. The difference is amazing but I really love that it’s a very natural look. It has shea butter and beeswax to nourish and condition lashes so they don’t feel dry and flakey. I also really love this mascara wand, one side is longer bristles and the other is short for harder to reach areas. Maybe my favorite part though is it’s easy to wash off! Kopari Coconut Lip Glossy
I can’t believe I did not discover this sooner. I am a lip gloss junkie and have been for as long as I can remember. And I ALWAYS have lip gloss on me at all times. My favorite thing about the Kopari Lip Glossy is that it’s in a tube. I really don’t enjoy sticking my finger in my lip gloss and the tube makes for a mess free application. I’ll have to try the briogeo if it’s available outside the States! My hair is so dry. I’m not training or anything but I do swim most days either in the sea or a saltwater pool. What else did you do to protect your hair while you were training? I’ve not swum so regularly in years and my laissez-faire attitude to my hair might not be the greatest for it it seems ?♀️
