Iron Boosting Green Juice

5 Jan 2020

The green juice even Craig will drink. It’s packed with tons of really beneficial nutrients and it tastes SO good, even for the anti-green juice folks. This late in my pregnancy it’s harder for me to eat because I feel full so quickly, but I still want to make sure I’m getting lots of healthy foods. This green juice is one of my favorites because it’s packed with iron AND vitamin C which helps with iron absorption (both are super important during pregnancy too). I make this with my Omega Juicer which I’ve mentioned before. I love it because it’s masticating, meaning it doesn’t use heat so you get more nutrients, the juice lasts longer, and you don’t have to peel anything as it separates the skin/peel for you.

Ingredients
