We’re packing our bags this weekend to head out on two very different New York trips (Manhattan and Montauk). Looking forward to seeing good friends and indulging in good food. But seriously why is traveling always so stressful? Happy weekend.

If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…

I’ve always been on the fence with buying a pizza stone for my oven, but this margherita pizza recipe may have just tipped me over the edge. Yum! (C)

Time to stock up on cashmere and outwear with Ann Taylor’s 50% off sale. Use code OCTOBER50. I love this cashmere turtleneck tunic and this blanket scarf I styled here. (J)

Ignore the utilitarian graphics, this chart shows us once and for all when we should start sweating after our gas light comes on.

Hilarious! An accurate portrayal of the worst people to bump into on Halloween.

This bouncy mask is my new favorite thing. I put it on before I apply my tinted moisturizer for 5-10 minutes and it makes my skin so soft and dewy. (J)

I’ve forever been a fan of Design*Sponge for home tours, entrepreneurial advice and studio tours but this book about women in business is a must-read. (C)

Guys, have you tried Halo Top ice cream? The flavors are fun and a whole pint is roughly the same calories as a 1/2 cup of Ben & Jerry’s.

Loving this blue and blush chair and throw combination.

Chowder goals. This wild mushroom version with bacon and leeks is on my must-make list. (C)

It’s Anthro Day which means 20% off w/ code ADAY at Anthropologie. (J)

This drugstore beauty brand’s clay mask works like a charm in only ten minutes.

I need these Loeffler Randall sandals in my life. (C)

I’ve really enjoyed this blog and it’s beautiful photos and clothing items, many of which I’ve purchased. But I’m so sad and disappointed today at the inclusion of those horrible Loeffler Randall sandals with a giant piece of fox fur on each shoe. How grotesque. I thought fashion forward meant we’ve all moved past torturing animals to wear their fur on our feet, or anywhere? What a jarring image on your blog which is ordinarily a source of beautiful images and beautiful clothing. Gross.
