SELF-CARE GIFT GUIDE
For the first holiday gift guide of the season it only felt right to share some of my favorite things for self-care. This month has felt like an eternity, let alone 2020, and honestly I am already blocking off time during the holidays for some major decompressing. Of course self-care goes beyond baths, sleep masks and CBD but sometimes the seemingly frivolous are just what I need for some relaxation. Here are some of my favorite gifts to give (and receive) for self-care.

My holy grail clean beauty product especially for headaches. When I was pregnant this was my absolute lifesaver and when I feel a migraine coming on I rub this all over my neck and forehead. It’s also great for congestion, rub a little on your chest to help clear up your sinuses. Great gift for new and expecting moms!

Ice Roller
Maybe one of the more slightly random but always beloved holiday gifts. I gave this to a bunch of friends and family last year and everyone loved it. It’s great as a part of your skincare routine but it’s also SO soothing for headaches, hangovers and if you’re feeling stuffed up.

Nail Serum
I received this nail growth serum as a gift from a small, Black woman-owned business and it has absolutely saved my nails. And I can’t believe how quickly my nails grow with it and it has helped strengthen them and improved my cuticles as well. I don’t even remember the last time I had a mani and this stuff has kept my nails looking healthy.

Lord Jones CBD Body Lotion
I asked Craig if he had any ideas for self-care gifts and other than maple syrup which I said was not really the type of gift idea I was looking for he said “that men’s lotion you gave me.” Lord Jones Body Lotion isn’t men’s but it does have a musky scent. He’s pretty picky about products so that’s high praise.
