Wherever you are I hope you are having a fabulous weekend. I spent most of my Saturday indoors which gave me plenty of time to catch up on some of my favorite blogs. Thought I’d share what I’m reading and a few of my most recent purchases (despite the freezing temps and pouring rain I’m making every effort to fantasize about warmer weather…and shopping accordingly).
Hallie of Corals & Cognacs has been sharing details of her incredible trip through Asia and it is giving me major vacation envy! I am loving following along on Instagram too.
I was absolutely drooling over everything Amber Venz of VENZEDITS was wearing during her trip to Mexico (serious #babealert- just warning you). Speaking of vacation envy I swear I am booking that warm weather vaca this week! To prove it I got this super cute swimsuit from ASOS (I am all about the one piece bathing suit these days).
Spring is near (haha, just kidding) but I couldn’t resist these lightweight crew neck sweatshirts from Old Navy (15% off sale w/ code ONSAVENOW), seriously I bought three, striped, floral and this purple one that reminds me of radiant orchid, the Pantone color of the year.
I haven’t splurged yet, but I am really craving a pink coat. There are so many chic versions of the girly shade and it really would be the perfect NYFW outerwear. I think my personal favorite is the plaid version from TopShop but I love all of these. Speaking of blush Catherine looks so chic in her cardigan and leopard coat.
Ok so I went a little crazy after Christmas but there were just too many good deals to be had. I stocked up on some great ankle booties because really, you can never have too many pairs of shoes. And btw, how cute is Jess of the Steele Maiden in this turtleneck sweater and gray skirt, so freaking adorable.

Jess I’m so glad you liked my outfit – blush pink is sooooooo growing on me! I never thought it would look good with leopard but it’s my new fave combo. And I was immediately drawn to the Rochas coat from your picks… trust me to pick the most expensive one, hehe 😉
