It was a rainy day so the perfect opportunity to bust out a pair of my boyfriend jeans and one of my favorite fall sweaters for today’s theme. I’m a big fan of a boyfriend jean with a slightly more tailored fit. This pair from CQY has just the right amount of stretch and while it’s fighted through the thigh it’s more relaxed from the knee to ankle. I’m leaning more towards denim without rips these days. Funny because it used to be the exact opposite. This L.L. Bean men’s cotton fisherman sweater (wearing small) is a great transitional style for summer to fall. I’ve had this pair of converse for years and they’re awesome.
Today I’m partnering with the lovely Jenn Lake of Style Charade. I am always blown away by Jenn and how she manages her blog and career. In addition to running her blog and Instagram Jenn is a senior executive at a PR firm in Chicago. I don’t know how she does it! She’s truly one of the most genuinely kind people on the internet. She recently bought a home with her husband Bob and I’ve loved watching how they’re making it their own.
