Not because it is the most sensational or beautiful. I am not a teacher, a chef or a writer. I am a retired mother who worked with children and saw a huge need to get children to love veggies. They can! I have written a fun, informative children’s vegetable cookbook that address seasoning, and texture. The cookbook is interactive, inviting the young chef to make observations and changes if necessary. It is best suited for children 3-12 years with a dozen pre-reader recipe charts. I believe the whole family will enjoy the book…and learn something they didn’t know before! Dare.
