I’ve been going back and forth deleting Instagram as well. I see how much time and focus can be wasted while scrolling. Your post really put what I have been feeling in to cohesive points and has pushed me to stop using the app.

Yes! I also would appreciate links to the YouTube videos on the blog because I don’t otherwise use it. Love this whole new direction – it’s making me rethink what’s serving me on the internet and what’s not also.

I also really changed my approach to the New Year this year for something with a lot less pressure. I think the past couple years have really stimulated a change in perspective for a lot of people and I hope it leads to a lot more empathy moving forward!
