I’ve been having that same issue too! I was afraid it was just me or the bottle I got, and maybe we did just get two bad bottles haha, or maybe it really is more of an issue.

But I agree with everything you said about the product and how fantastic it is, so just like you, I’m keeping it anyways. Though maybe I’ll ask the workers next time I’m in Sephora if it’s something they see often or if I got a bad one.

I’ve become a big fan of this brand and love the slip tint. The cream blushes though are hands down my go to.

Hi! I had the same issue with my bottle and emailed customer service! The bottle is designed to not need extra plastic so the pump just needs helped along sometimes. I took mine off and squeezed some of the extra air out and it worked like a charm! Love this product, too!
